Well lucian feels woefully underpowered. His lack of CC should make him a good duelist but pretty much everyone fucks him up in 1v1.
May not have helped that I couldn't get a single proper support in about five games.
His ult is also pretty damn weak relatively to its 100 seconds CC.

Yeah I did notice that. From the few games I played I got a lux that had no idea what she was doing, an afk guy and a leona who started out well then just had constant brainfarts.
I still want a minion Champion. I think that would be neat.
I feel like Lucian's playstyle is to sit back and throw his star/auto attack/Q in fights then mop up with ult and chase those fuckers down with resetting E

Lucian seems mana intensive enough like that, I don't think building a muramana and using it would help much considering he'd drain all of his mana in a split second.

i want experiment with a blue build lucian, early tear for unlimited Q+passive spam is really good in laning phase, coupled with spirit of the elder lizard or iceborn for cc, new triforce maybe
i think he could work fine in mid/top as well

That sounds pretty cool. Maybe a minion gone rogue, that's been hiding on the fields of justice and using supplies from dead minions to make a weapon of some sort?

I always feel bad for the minions, the little guys do all the work and some big champion comes buy and steals the last hit. They do all the work for none of the credit, so it would be awesome to get to see them have a chance to extract revenge.

Mordekaiser gets 20% of targets AP, so that kind of counts
and instead of stealthing he'd actually become a minion
though the problem would be that he'd have as much hp as a minion too

I fail to see how "get the stats of a minon and look like one" will help in split pushing, since, oh I dunno, if minions were very effective splitpushers then there would be no point in the champ. Unless you mean you can sneak by the enemy team's radar, in which case what stop them from ez ult clearing you?

ok I didn't think about that last part
but what about "you get the same stats as a minion until you take damage, then you revert to your normal form"? you could still be 1-shotted by Ez or Lux, but you could also go through their jungle, turn into a minion in the tribush and go with the wave, then turn back and start pushing

the biggest problem with a champion that scales with the enemies' mana is how easily he'd be counter picked
