No. What I meant by unevenness: if you're not a higher level, higher ranked players will overpower you automatically, no matter what gamemode. Now, it's obvious they're granted better players than I, but even playing with people my level and skill range, they could destroy me because they had characters far better than mine to play with.
building lucian around culling is dumb
unlike building mf around bullet time culling isnt aoe so you still build single target damage except its much lower than the damage youd get from IE or BT

Fiddle support is the shit but there is no reason to play him as a jungler with all of the aggressive junglers on the prowl atm

Untill the drain starts doing damage enough for you to afk drain while mid comes to help you out early game you're about as effective as a rock

Bloodthirster. I suggest starting with doran's blade, as soon as you get 1700g back and get vampiric scepter + berserker's greaves, then farm till you can get BT and move on to a phantom dancer.
