No, it all depends on your cash flow. If you have to b repeatedly, you want to keep getting stats over the enemy, which means buying the cheap items (long sword, dagger, boots, their upgrades)/

How does one play against Anivia/Gragas as Singed top?

So I got done playing a match as Twitch, fed really early with 10/2. Kassadin being fed happened, and ended up 16/9. Our mid decided to feed their Kassadin. Somehow Kassadin managed to carry while shutting me down using the most cuntfuckery ever; leaving me with 16/9, and a defeat. I honestly didn't know Kassadin could even have that kind of damage potential, let alone tankiness.
