Because you have been playing dota for months, and matchmaking already knows your "level" and with who you should be matched with. Are you going to tell me that you didn't had (more) horrible matches in your first days/weeks playing dota? That you weren't terrible back then?
I know You know how this sort of games work, you are just looking for excuses to drop out and go "X game is superior to Y game" without trying it for real. Stop acting like that.

So, Lucian is really well designed and he seems very well balanced. I'm impressed by riot on this one. I don't like his ult but I suppose it just takes getting used to.
Like 6, I'm not saying the games bad, I decided to try this because I'm bored of dota. The problem is I'm on about a 10 game losing streak and I didn't enjoy any of them. Not one game was enjoyable due to either the total one sided nature of the match or how toxic the players are. Especially the ones that pull the 'huehue i play noobs because its fun lel'.

Again, report that scum to improve the game. Levels 1-5 are more tutorial and testing period that anything else, that's why you level up so fast.
You should be getting "proper" matches soon, since most of the people and cheap trolls drop out by now, you'll start getting matched with people that actually want to play the game.
Not say the game will be perfect, all matches will be paradise because this is a MOBA, but it will get better.

Recently got Fizz, and now I can mid lane worth a damn.
Fizz is a lot more fun top in my opinion
You have to build him a little differently runes-wise but it's still good fast facerolly fun
i remember jungle fizz wasn't uncommon a little while after he got released, people even got wits end on him for some reason
It's so easy to get like 20 kills a game with fizz and lose because you're useless in fights late game
You really wanna help your team and win fast, just like with le blanc
But holy shit, you can make plays happen. If you manage to land your E on their adc any time 35-50 minutes, nothing can save them. Right around 700 AP just your E Q kills them. Glorious.

A massive AA booster that scales with AS and a spell that counts as an auto attack would have been their justification I think. Not saying it's very good though.

Pretty much this. Some people did something similiar with Diana when she came out, tried building her AP/AS Hybrid.
Still trying out middle-AP's.
What are your guys opinion about LeBlanc? And Vladimir as mid instead of top.

it'd be great if he wasn't super squishy and scaled more with it other than just his W's active, mostly. also he just works better as a burst assassin

vlad is often played mid anyway
havent seen LB after the changes but she used to be 'win lane, lose late game no matter what'

I did this for like 50 games, But snowballing an Assassin out of jungle XP/Gold is just too hard.
I tried some other builds like AS or Bruiser oriented, but they suck even more then half an Assassin.

It's two in the morning and I'm in my 2nd lobby trying to get into a game and I decide to type the first few lyrics of Bohemian Rhapsody, then somebody else joined in and we alternated in singing the lyrics through 3 whole lobbies (the same dude was always on my team), and once we finally finished the song, the game actually started... Definitely one of the most entertaining lobby experiences..

I mostly see top vlad in ranked.
i guess its just that top vlad works best simply because sustain and good escapes are more important there (i dont fucking know just talking out of my ass here) though a mid vlad can gank a lot more, leaving more space for mlg pro plays

Some AS is still good on Diana though, Nashor's is a great item for her, and I could see Wit's End being good on her.
I wouldn't build both of them at the same time on her though, just one would give her enough AS.

Got an inhib at ~8 minutes.
I thought the new patch would've completely ruined that strategy but it still works :v:

LB after the changes is good until mid game, then you have to have the right items to be useful late game. Mimicking the right spell is actually important now.

His q needs to be a skillshot though, trying to hit enemy champs past minion lines is infuriating.
Gotta love it when people think they're invincible and just throw the game. Was losing a game as TF but we managed to come back with a couple of good teamfights, even got a quadra. But then Ezreal goes into the middle of the lane to try and harass Zed only to get jumped on and solo'd by him. Then my whole team insists we try to contest Baron without him and they all end up dying.
What do I do as skarner vs trynd, do I just bend over and cry or is there some hidden agenda I can't seem to find? I tried rushing Warden's mail and ninja tabi but his crits is constantly all over the place.
I try to engage when he doesn't have any fury but any decent trynd knows how to keep it up.
am I the only one who thinks its almost never worth using lucian's ult?
