I really hope not. Her kit is the best thing about her in my opinion.
That W, Q and even E offer alot of opportunities to do really high level shit. Changing her ult would be alright since it's just a MS AS boost, but the rest of her kit is perfectly fine.
I feel like sivir's skills lack synergy with each other
cait's E can slow the enemy, making it easier to set up a quick trap, then Q'ing them. alternatively it can also get you closer for that last Q or ult.
graves' E gets him closer for a more powerful Q, while his W balances out his lack of range.
sivir? her ult would definitely help landing a Q or a few more autoattacks on an escaping enemy, but that's for situations when you'll already have the enemies with low hp because nobody'd ult simply for a little harrass (and assuming they're low you probably used your ult already and it might have ended too). her shield is good too but it doesn't completely make up for her lack of an escape. noc's shield gives him a chance to fight back when it's popped, but hers is really kinda meh because even the mana she gets back from it isn't much. the only things i can see that truly synergize with each other are her ult and passive, which are pretty good for kiting.
not by any means saying she's an unplayable shit champ at the moment, but you gotta be pretty confident to pick her over anyone else
