Except that it's not a circlejerk since BotRK actually is pretty godly on Vayne since it gives her AS to trigger her Silver Bolts proc more often, gives her some AD which is nice since it means she doesn't need much more AD since her ult gives her some already, and practically makes her unable to be 1v1'd since you can't run from her and she can lifesteal any damage you do to her easily unless you burst the fuck out of her.

With BOTRK, sure, she gets a power spike earlier and I usually prefer that in solo queue. But all in all, AD Vayne has much more DPS late game.
