Actually I was thinking Elise. Played her 3 games in a row, won my promo with her, and I've been owning with her every single game on jungle. Just played my first Silver 3 game, only got 19 lp for some reason. Demolished their team. Elise jungle is sweet.
What do you think is the best way to spend 3500 RP as someone who loves top laning/jungling?
I'm thinking of getting Zac, Kha'Zix and maybe Elise.

I bought some champions with RP back in the day, and now I have all champions. I also have 50k IP and nothing to buy.
Just buy skins with RP, play the game and eventually you'll get the champion you want.

I bought Zac but im going to spend the rest on skins.
problem is, the first game I played zac got banned, and LoL crashed while in the loading screen, then the launcher crashed, then the loading screen froze and I got kicked for idling as soon as I reconnected. I joined again, everyone was level 10 and I got 10 FPS when all of my settings were on very low.

If you read the giant blue button that told you about the problems, you would have known. All you gotta do is press repair in the launcher, before you get to the log-in screen.
