Balance Changes

Champions
[b]Garen[/b]
Judgment ( E ) - cooldown increased to 15/14/13/12/11 from 13/12/11/10/9
Judgment ( E ) - damage changed to 20/40/60/80/100 from 20/45/70/95/120.
Judgment ( E ) tool tip reads "has .1/.15/.2/.25/.3 crit strike chance". [ I assume this really means 10/15/20/25/30%. ]
[b]Lucian[/b]
Piercing Light ( Q ) % of bonus AD changed to 55/70/85/100/115% from 60/75/90/105/120%
The Culling ( R ) base bullet damage increased to 50/55/60 from 40/50/60.
The Culling ( R ) AD ratio has been reduced to 20% from 25%

Gold per 10 increased to 5 from 4.
[b]Shard of True Ice[/b]
Gold per 10 increased to 5 from 4

I believe it's just that stupid ass robot he uses for his ultimate. While a support Battlecast would be alot better than a stupid ass robot, Riot doesn't seem to agree. I'd rather have support Alistar/Nami/Blitzcrank or whatever than that robot.

Exactly why I went OOGA BOOGA BOTCRANK INCOMING. I want him to be red and gunmetal and when he hits level 3 on his ult, electrified hooks literally pop out of his back plating or something and lash out for the passive.
It'd be amazing. Also! I'm gonna try my best to post the news as soon as they release to move this thread up. I like it, but it seems like the number of posts is dwindling a bit and having balance updates posted here every now and again might bring up some reason to talk.

he just runs at you, spins and then looks silly for a few seconds unless he has enough damage to kill with ignite + ult.
I used to play Garen 24/7 but now I really don't like his kit in League of Legends.

you start something not blue and then you buy some blue that needs to be stacked, the tears of shame

Item that isnt blue = last item hence botrk being there
You could also go for a BT but I like active on botrk. Also should look up a guide because botlane is my weakest lane so I play blue ezreal because I cannot play adc and probably got the build wrong even.

Played Ez in an Aram last night after not playing him for over a year or more. Had a blast going his blue build so figured I would try it on summoners Rift. Thanks for help!
blue ez is also really good mid
not that you'll ever get the chance to but he's very fun
Make sure to spam your abilities with all the mana you have else you're going to lose lane because you lack the same trade damage as a Vayne or any other ADC going BT or IE instead of Spirit and Tear.
If you fall behind you will be crying and lamenting about lack of damage but then muramana time 750 stacks let the rape train begin

elder lizard and botrk suck build brutalizer and bt instead
The whole gimmick is that you dont play him like ADC and have cheap as fuck damage with huge mana to spam because you wont be trading equally otherwise, brutalizer and bt might aswell just go normal carry

Blue build is fun for the people who dont want to play ADC because you just poke with Q and thats how you do it all day and night, play ezreal like a caster and have much fun
Obviously there are better builds for AD Caster Ezreal, but they also assume that you are to be autoattacking and some people despise playing Ezreal like that

a month ago blue ezreal was the favoured build for ezreal so there's a good chance people here still think it is
and since we're discussing blue ezreal I have every right to say it's shit, since no one else did
