Imo Rammus is a lot like Nocturne, needs a high amounts of cooperated ganks in order to get off well, otherwise he's just a sitting duck with minimal killing potential early on. Also lots of champions have escapes.

It's possible depending on your ELO/MMR at the time of winning your promo series, it won't put you up one but it will put you to your MMR's equivalent. The league system is just a layer on top of the old elo system

huh, YOU are the one who supplies the cc during a gank, powerball into taunt and red slow almost always guarantee a kill or flash
in a teamfight you can just dive their carry with your free 120 armor/mres and pretty much fuck him over for the most of the fight, or if you have some other anti carry (irelia or some shit) you can just taunt their cc output so they wont be able to do screw over your team

Been playing off and on. Probably have played 10-15 games so far.
Played as Janna a lot, I even bought her. But I tried Ahri once, she's cool.
I don't ever get much kills, I usually get 2-3 in a game. Is that bad?

janna is a support, even if you get offensive items and do a shit ton of damage you still probably wont get a lot of kills, her potential to burst someone down is very low
