Shit i tried twitch with a few ap pr lvl masteries and its sooo good with his e. It has 125% ap scaling, and use the ignite mastery for an extra 5 ap. Just rush shiv and botrk.

its not ap twitch, its still 21/9 masteries, and its good.
2/4 in blast 3/3 in mental force. pretty good, it gives a lot of extra damage on your e.

you buy some early attack speed, get 6 poison stacks, e and they die. You can get 60 extra damage on it at lvl 6 i believe.
there was full ap twitch before his rework tho, his E used to deal magic damage

Twitch's gimmick is the huge damage after the fight early game and then mid its just brutal rape, you hit someone and get full stacks and they flash away then you E and murder them anyway, it has enough damage as it is, rushing botrk and attack speed isnt a specialised build its how you do it
