why nerf olaf even more, as if he wasn't shit enough already
Ocean and Ao Kuang look extremely different anyways, and so are the two games as a whole. Either I'm not getting the underlying joke, or people are retarded. I play both games right now and Ocean is a massive dragon with actual limbs, metalish design to it with a long ass beard and what seems like an ethereal "cloud" over it. If anything, I'd compare it to the monsters you see in the Mogu raid from MoP. With the way his pick % is decreasing, the recent nerfs will only put him lower and lower until he almost doesn't exist. You know, like Karma and Urgot. Don't worry, though, he'll probably get reworked/VU'd and end up being a basic bruiser with dash, stun and AoE!!!!

The main things I'm concerned about with the Olaf rework (of sorts) is: -Q slow duration potentially decreased overall (Says in the tool tip it's a variable slow however "duration decreased to 2 seconds" seems like it's implying the max is two seconds) -E if the nerfs are worth the autoattack CD reduction. -R passive resistances are trash. It's 30 at lvl1 when active on live at the moment. Not sure if the bonus AD is worth sacrificing the resistances for. It might be but I don't like doing complex math. Gonna wait and see how it will turn out. It's still PBE and the kit has gone through some iterations so I don't think this will be final. I recall the person working on Olaf saying that his ult didn't allow for much counter play because you can't stop Olaf once he ghosts and runs at your ADC. I stopped reading the thread so I'm not sure how this kit is suppose to give Olaf more counter play. He also addressed why it's different from Kayle's Intervention but I forgot what he said about that.
Olaf changes are a buff... I've been playing him the past few days and I see it as a buff at least. But it depends on how you look at it. First of all he's still INCREDIBLY strong right now. All you have to do is build health. Frozen mallet > Warmogs > Sunfire > Spirit Visage and if you haven't won the game by then, you're doing it wrong. Literally all you gotta do is run up to people and make them evaporate. With your ult, W, and Ghost you can't die. You wreck someone and when you're at 1/4 health (which is like 1200) you can get away without a scratch. The mana hit is a pretty shitty thing. Spamming his axe early game is how you get kills. You poke/cs with your axe and just E + ignite them to death. I like the change on his W. I mean the bonus attack damage is nice but relying on your passive to get attack speed is really shitty. "Hey I'll drop low and get attack speed!" That's bad. But you guys are missing the big picture. Reckless Swing: does TRUE damage. And now it scales with AD. So theoretically, you could make his E deal MORE damage than it previously did. But know what's even more terrifying? Each basic attack lowers the cooldown by one second. So you could run in, E, W, smack the shit out of them and E again several times. Your W still gives lifesteal so by the time your E is off cool down, you'll have gained the life back to cast it. So in conclusion, Olaf will work differently but overall it's a BUFF. His early game poke is taking a hit but that doesn't mean he's useless. I expect to see his base stats increased but the new changes to his kit to remain. Although that depends. I haven't gotten to play him yet.

I can't imagine a double BT + PD running into your ADC and nuking him to bits. :v: It gives Olaf more variety. You can now either go tanky behemoth who still hurts a lot or you can go glass cannon that can make people disappear in 2 seconds flat. Except I don't know what % the scaling is so this statement is subject to change.

i actually like the olaf changes the base stat loss is kinda eeeehh but at least he gains passive armor and mr from his ult now also his AS increase on W is as good as tristana's, and basic attacks now decrease the CD on his E, not to mention it scales with AD now olaf's current W is pretty meh imo because almost no attack speed items fit any builds for him, and his passive only becomes noticeable when you're at <70% HP, and in teamfights that only happens after they've killed the other sources of damage in your team (unless for some reason they're focusing a dude that's supposed to be tanky as shit and is immune to disables first but then they're retarded)
he loses his r resistances when he ults his w atm is good for Q and IIRC the spell vamp works with his E

I THINK it does. If it does it's probably some tiny amount like 20 or 30. I know you can use Lee Sin's Iron Will to get HP off Smite though. (Iron Will gives you spell vamp) I take W at lvl2 for Lee Sin and get a bit of HP back with that trick.

I'd like to think that Riot would get a massive amout of brownie points if they just reworked Olaf entirely. Right now they're blabbering about and quacking like a bunch of ducks about "oh no but that makes him OP!!". To be blunt, removing the health/dmg component might just do it in them for balance and allow Undertow and his kit to not be trash because they have to tune it down due to scaling. I'd rather they keep him as close as to original Olaf as possible, but they're gonna take fuckin' years to get that done at this current pace.

From what I saw while playing is that you get 30 or 40% of the gold received for killing that creep by simply being around them when they die, but you get 100% if you last hitted it. Maybe if there was a mastery in the supp tree that let you do that, you could achieve easy gold easy game.

Go to the file lol.properties, located in @\Riot Games\League of Legends\RADS\projects\lol_air_•client\releases\0.0.1.41\deplo•y, find the (probably last line) saying UseOldChatRenderers=true and change it to 'false'. After that you need to• rightclick the file and select propterties and check the 'Read Only'. If you do not select 'Read Only' it will change back to 'true' everytime you relog.
