even if you're pro as shit with support, your adc has to be compatible with you (be aggressive if you wanna be aggressive, not die 1v2 when you go ward etc) and you have to still rely on his ability to farm
you don't really have to be good at support to er... "do good". Just protect your ADC if someone jumps you (no need to make dem ~big plays~) and ward the most common spots.
you set the pins up sure but you still have to rely on your team to knock them down. You don't make the decision to initiate or not, you don't need to position yourself so you do damage while staying alive, you don't need doublelift mechanics, you just need to do your job.

i used to play top the most, then i started playing jungle a lot but since i was back at low elo when i started on my br account, i had to play champs that could carry in order to get out of silver
nowadays i just play top and mid but tbh i'll probably start playing more tanky-support ish roles when i go up a division or two

Nhat Nguyen and many others have proven otherwise by playing supports to Diamond
honestly if you play a game changing support like leona, thresh or blitz, i can totally see you supporting your way outta low elos, but its hard to do it with more passive ones
i like playing adc because its less stressful than mid or top
counterpicks dont really exist and nor do annoying lane opponents beyond blitzcrank and a good thresh or zyra
in fact right now bot lane is very balanced probably
and I usually get ADC because people want to play top or mid all the time but they dont realise that both of those lanes just make you end up as the adc's bitch in the late game :^)

play adc its the easiest role and it also teaches you how to play the other roles because farming is important on top and mid and you'll learn support just by being stuck with one every game

I bought Zed with that, and then I discovered I hate Elise, so i refunded her (stupid move, I know) and now it says I don't have Zed.

I have an 11 defeat streak, some of them i was playing bad but almost all of them had someone quit/trolled. I can't get in to any Draft Pick games for some reason, I queue for like 20 minutes with no luck.
I don't have time to watch all the games right now but I'm a lab aid and there's no one here, so I've got time watch some games. What games would you suggest from the last 3(?) days?
