How did I answer my question? I said she's great in the jungle and asked why she isn't played more. I really want to know, I barely ever see her in games, is there a reason no one plays her?

It's not a bad build, the magic pen helps for damage ganks, but she should've just stayed at a haunting guise and spend money on other items

leave it at haunting guise and start on Aegis / Randuins, maybe even Abyssal when you have a lot of kills

It wasn't a cheat for this game.
It was a dumb of me but i wouldn't cheat in this game. This game is also like 99% serversided

Max your CDR right away.
Either Spirit Visage or Frozen Heart right after Golem. Then some other CDR items as you feel.
1 min CD on ult and W with 100% uptime tears new assholes for everyone.
Clarification: I have around 27 ranked matches as Sejuani, out of those I've only lost around 3~4 matches.

It might not be a "cheat" in the traditional sense, but you were trying to gain an unfair advantage by making this game easier for you compared to everyone else.
