I'm going to be looking at the LPL and other regionals to see how these byers play and then try to find any upsets in the bracket afterwards.
So I won 2/4 ranked games today and still climbed 25LP.

None of the quarterfinal teams that got a bye are particularly strong. It'll be fun to see how C9 does but it's also disappointing they'll only play vs top seed EU. Gama bears I know nothing about but I don't expect a TPA again. NJBS if I believe what I've seen everywhere is not really that good of a korean team (and gambit have beaten the koreans before) and Royal Club, idk.
The outcome of Royal Club vs OMG really doesn't matter since regardless who wins there'll be a chinese powerhouse in the semis. It'll be fun tho cause Royal Club beat OMG in the chinese finals for the quarter final spot so OMG will want revenge
Finally got a chance to play against Eve when I was the support.
Bot lane was off-limits since I spammed pink wards.
I love pink wards, mmh. Too bad I'm the only one spamming them in every match when I'm supporting.

So durring a normal match of messing around in a trio queue, the enemy trio queue were also messing around. So we got into a skype call and we got to know eachother and had a fun match. They beat us, but forfeit right before the match ended so it said that we lost, but it counted as a win.
Afterwards, my friend Tiger (Gold I) convinces one of the Silver V's that we had just met to duo, so that Tiger could carry him to gold. Needless to say, Tiger had a few drinks before the match, and he got horribly drunk. I left for a good 40 mins to play some FF XIV, I came back, and his speech was slurred, his vocal tones were wonky, and he ended up [U]throwing up[/U] on the mic and passing out, all while I was recording.
Tonight has been rough.

playing adc is pretty difficult on 250 ping. I was playing blue ezreal though, went 12/4 somehow. Press every button and things happen.
Its like when I play Veigar, I KNOW what the combo is and I know how to do it but I just usually stun and then literally mash QWRQWRQWRQWRQWrwerwa till something happens and the dude is dead, same with Ryze

I thought the stun at lv2 or 3 is long enough already to get the QW combo off, unless your opponent buys mercs.

w has such high scaling and base damage you don't even need ot put points into it, i'd rather max out the best stun in the game second

Yeah I suppose
but to be honest you're not gonna be trying to fight them a lot before its mid-late game, save for when your jungler ganks, so if you don't get more points on your stun it's not gonna make a huge difference

No the stun is like fucking amazing, maxing it is better than W because your W is actually a nunu ult instant cast at lvl 1

You can get a combo off with lvl1 stun, lvl2 stun (i think) when they have merc treds

I'm talking about being able to get everything to land, if you're lightning fast it doesnt matter but if you're even the tiniest bit slow with a lower level stun and do the wrong order and they flash as soon as they're not stunned you can miss something totally fucking it up
Not to mention an AoE stun with a 2.5 second stun and huge zoning power even if you dont stun anyone is far better than 200 more damage on something that scales with 100% of your AP, and by the time that you have a maxed Q and E you will have enough damage to compensate not maxing W with your Q passive.
