Why is it that so many streamers haven't disabled those help popups in draft mode? I see people with like 2000+ games clicking the X on the several help dialogues that pop up every single time they queue up, do they not know they can disable them permanently or am I missing something?

Probably because most streamers are pro players and move around a lot/play on many diff computers. The option resets on a user/computer basis.

The other guy deserved a ban too non-debatable. Plus, I am not some "friend" of Louis. I rarely post on this thread mostly read.
