This champion release is gonna be really awful for me
I really don't care about the colorful/fun champions because I legit think they're retarded, but my duoq buddy thinks they're great and that she should collect them all. Plus she vaguely resembles a little sister, so I think I'm gonna have to put up with lots of Jinx.
Regardless, when is the Garen VU coming out? Fighting for the cause is right up my alley.

Garen VU is most likely next patch, so next week.
With the patch being next week and Jinx just hitting the PBE now I wouldn't think she would come with it, but who fucking knows with Riot anymore.
she'll probably come out the patch after because there are always some bugs
tho the fact that she's out on pbe with nearly full animations/particles/whatever (all that's missing seems to be her E) and her release skin and splash art for both makes me hopeful it'll be soon(tm)

Jinx swaps weapons.
Rocket Launcher: Basic attacks deal 110% damage to Jinx's target and all nearby enemies, gain 75/100/125/150/175 range, and drain mana.
Minigun: Basic attacks grant additional Attack Speed for 2.5 seconds. This effect stacks up to 3 times for a total bonus of 50/70/90/110/130%. Stacks fall off one at a time and only benefit Jinx's first attack after switching to Rocket Launcher.
Cooldown: 1 at all ranks
