I already love Jinx and her playstyle, her W is just ridiculously good as a bread-and-butter.
Shyvana is so fucking good, her clear time is so fast that you can clear your two buffs and reach your opponents buff just as they are getting there or before they can even finish clearing it.

Just played with the biggest manbaby ever, whenever the jungler offered advice he'd spam-ping Wolves and tell him to go be useful. Then he'd push the lane out and cry because he got ganked while I was already at the tower because I saw midlane and the jungler running down river.

our riven had 23 kills, 400 ad and could 34 shot every one in the match but refused to kill inhibs and nexus, i had no base destroying power so i was at the mercy of them for 40 minutes while they let master yi get incredibly fed until he was able to 1 shot us all

Vayne is a bit tough to deal with, but your argument is still flawed
Heroes get picked often either because they're strong with their numbers (overpowered) or strong with their kits (Blitz, Tresh, etc.)
If a kit is good and the hero is a common pick, it still doesn't mean they're overpowered
highest pick rate at worlds was Corki I think with like a 67% pick rate

It can also mean an item is OP and that a champion just happens to make use of said OP item very well.
