I usually only do well as ADC and can really only move when A: Botlane tower is dead, or B: Dragon. Early towers aren't usually happening especially since I love trist and I get zoned a lot by my misplays aswell as improper supporting, and my jungler never goes dragon when we get kills bots :(

Man, ganking with Twitch is a lot of fun. You can wreck people's faces with max Deadly Venom stack and expunge.

I could use some advice on top lane Zac, just as far as build suggestions go. How would you start with him, and against a balanced team what would your general build be?
He's an AP Bruiser, but he doesn't seem to have very high AP scaling. Would it be better to focus more on tank that AP, or should I try to keep it pretty balanced and throw in items that give both?

It can be either; Killing the whole minion wave, killing the cannon minion, or grabbing a few minions when you leave.. If your laner is back, and with their permission it can be okay to shove the lane to their tower so that it's reset by the time they're back.
I truthfully thought Zac was more of a hybrid - however, never playing him, I'm not too sure.
He's like Amumu, Malph, Sej etc.

He has % Damage scaling on his W and his Q and R both have high base damages (though R is getting nerfed) meaning you'd want to invest in magic penetration if anything in order to make use of what he already has. Similar to rumble really. Something like a Spectral Wraith and Liandry's; Maybe even an abyssal, Rylai's. I would build him as a bit more tankier version of Elise. His W is spammable and will keep up in damage through the game regardless.
This is actually the worst feeling ever. I don't know what happened but I managed to get really bad at lol for no reason recently. Ever since the freljord patch this is my match history. How do I move away from this shit and actually start going positive and winning games?

Shaco is a great early jungler, very mobile and good in small skirmishes, and amazing at counterjungling. His nerfs actually kinda screwed him over tho, cant take a lot of the same routes with his deceive, and his ganks need to be a bit more planned out (before the nerf it was almost an instant kill if the enemy was anywhere outside their tower.) Late game is kinda rough for him, your job is to either split push, dive the carry, or clean up fights, since he isn't too great in teamfights. he doesn't do much without damage either, so building him a utility jungler is pretty hard unless you have the right comp for it.
he can be a solo queue stomper if you are good with him

take a break, one or two weeks. it helps.
Raising your teams spirit really helps, I tried to make everyone as calm as possible and create a strategy as we were losing. It worked really well, everyone was having a fun time, and we won.
I love the large amounts of top lane Teemo i seem to vsing lately. I just insta lock Olaf and E twice to win

I really like Annie but god damn I always get Xerath on lane and his range fucks me up
