You know, assuming the stream/game doesn't disconnect and assuming that no one is caught cheating this will have been a pretty problem free event. Never thought I'd see the day where Riot was capable of such things.

There has to be a deeper way of how they figure out who is elo boosting. I went from Silver V to Silver I in about 3 weeks to a month and never got any errors. I had like a 70% win rate.

And maybe even how far those IP's are away from each-other geographically. When you have 1 IP with 400 games that where ~50% winrate, and 1 IP with 20 games that are 90% winrate thats located on the other side of the world i can understand why riot would think somebody is elo boosting.

I heard other people have similar effects occasionally.

However, he's pisspoor at the moment. One can argue the current meta is fast paced skirmishes, heavy roaming, and teamfighting. Or you could just say split pushing. Heimerdinger, however, fills in none of these rolls. He is a passive, immobile fighter based around utilising his 2 turrets which by the way, have only 'meh' ap ratios and damage in general, and have, even with a large mana pool and 40% CDR, a low output rate (literally being put out into the field). Furthermore, the damage to be effective requires continual damage of someone sitting there attacking (which is why Diana and Katarina are some of the very few champions he can actually counter). He's about putting down turrets and hoping the enemy is either stupid nd/or aggressive or has poor positioning (also why Syndra can build AD and armor and still counter him). His Q for turrets is bad for reasons I've already explained. His W rockets have too high a mana cost, and while they admittedly have fairly good damage, they are unreliable in lane as they target minions and have no champion priority nor can they even hit anyone he has no vision of. Also, they only hit 3 targets maximum. His E while on paper being an amazing CC, is flawed by the small area, unreliability due to being one of the slowest missile speeds in the game and having a STUPIDLY HIGH mana cost. His ult enhances his abilities and gives him free CDR. Alrighty. Well let's look at turrets. They slow, yes, but Rylai's does this already and is bought by a majority of Heimerdinger players anyways, to give their rockets a slow as well. At most, his ult is used to re-heal his turrets. His ult gives his rockets 5 targets instead of 3, but still suffers from the high mana cost of his rockets and the targetting system. His E is slightly faster, but is still slow and shitty because if not pin-point accuracy, it's just a slow that's shruggable at best. While I love my Hymencrusher immensely, he's in a pisspoor spot. He's got too high mana costs and a poor kit for really pushing a lane quickly, and doesn't have the burst damage, nor the sustained damage (which champions should have at least one of if they aren't a tank), to teamfight, so he fails in all metas. Zyra is all around better, as ashxu has explained. Hence why Zyra is played mid and support, even sometimes top or jungle for fun, while Heimerdinger can barely mid let alone semi-support or (LOL) jungle. His remake will address the poor system of his turrets, give him a unique mechanic to increase the fun value of playing him, and lets him be a viable fighter in teamfights. tl;dr Heimy is super fun and I love him but he's so bad.
