He's not garbage but he's not the single-best-support-ever anymore. Just as alistar in season 1 fell, so, too, did Taric from season 2.
And now season 3 is over. To be honest, Taric is a better manabruiser top than support in many cases.
Also, how would taric play an ADC?
He'd literally NEED a muramana and a phantom dancer before even being able to deal damage a normal adc would with a double doran's and a long sword.

no i only meant the support position, hes also a pretty good jungler
and fuc ali is still good, iirc he isnt played in the lcs because hes simply too difficult to be reliable

I didn't mean one character who can simultaneously jungle/support/adc
New Olaf's minimum axe range feels weird, his Q isn't as satisfying to use anymore. Throwing your axe point blank during a duel was fun. Also his E doesn't feel as meaty since it does less damage unless you have some extra AD.
On another note, my game crashes upon start up each round and I need to try reconnecting a few times for it to work, great.
new olaf feels like he could be pretty great with a couple of adjustments but right now hes pretty meh
still better than pre-rework olaf for sure

i think they should lower the ad you get from ult active a little and make it so you don't lose the bonus mr/armor

I played against an Olaf yesterday during my garen spree and at level 1 my Q took off like a third of his health, I killed him immediately at level 2. No idea what runes he was using but he was squishier than mid.
dunno why everyone is playing him top, he's so much better in the jungle

Be a terrible garen. Olaf's super easy. His autoattacks can hurt but if he misses an axe just go in and punish him for it. Honestly the only people that give me a ton of trouble are people like kennen and jayce, and even then I can usually hold my own and not terribly lose the lane.

I enjoy almost all the rework except the minimum axe range and the ult losing armour and MR. That makes no sense lol

olaf is yolo break ur fac mode, jungle just holds him back
his clear speed is still fast as shit so if you actually get ganks off and keep clearing your jungle none of that should be a problem
i dunno maxing e in jungle is ok now that its cd is reduced by AAs
who needs higher slow when you shit true damage
as long as you use e to last hit as much as possible i could see it working out
otherwise it wouldn't work out too well until you have more sustain items

Double dorans --> Hextech Gunblade --> Spirit Visage --> Guinsoo's Rageblade.
When you get low just W after surge takes effect and you never die. YOu just sit between 10 and 40% health dealing mass damage ahah.

it's only "hard" to sustain for the first clear, after that it's easy. Good job getting quints that are only useful for the first clear of jungle and has little purpose outside of that. (Implying junglers get real low otherwise anyway)

The thing with jungle lifesteal quints is that it means you can't take MS quints.
And the effect of lifesteal quints is basically disregarded after your first back.

people use it to invade/steal or have an advantage in counter-ganks.
I personally think it only really works well on Udyr, because other junglers tend to get kinda low.
