there's a lot of casters that can still do well against assassins
diana is arguably an assassin herself but she's really strong against fizz and zed
swain is also stupidly strong against ahri and maybe zed, and fizz is only tough to beat because he reduces healing
lux, ori and gragas can keep their distance and poke really well against most assassins, who are mostly melee
lissandra can become untargeteable, which blocks death mark completely if used before zed's animation completes, and can also be used for when fizz's ult is about to hit
assassin casters such as kass or even LB can also do pretty well
hell, there's a shitload of them

and kayle is a hard counter to zed because she's a hard counter to burst damage
if you're fighting someone with sustained damage her shield is only gonna make a difference if the fight is really close, but if you're fighting someone like veigar, you can shield yourself when he ults and there goes 90% of his damage

hm im gold v and im being matched against gold ii's. yay?
I'm kinda sad now. I just played a 3's game with my (very) competitive friend.
Our team was me as WW, him as Garen and a randomer as Kass.
As the game started, Kass greeted us with "Hey guys let's have a good game =)". At lv1 he went into their mid/jungle brush even though Garen pinged and typed for him not to go there. That's when his comp nature came to face the day, and he kinda raged and flamed at him throughout the game, but he did this in a vaguely constructive manner, ie: Kass why the fuck didn't you silence fiddle, or Kass why the fucking hell did you go into that brush when the rest of your team was quite far away, etc.
The Kass asked a few times to stop flaming and to just relax as it's just a game but the abuse continued until we ended the game with Kass snapping :"WHAT THE FUCK DUDE I CAN FLAME YOU TOO GOD DAMN YOU BASTARD" and "I HOPE YOUR MUM DIES". So my friend made a pretty friendly sounding dude, who just came to casually play 3's become a huge flamer, and it kinda made me feel sorry for the guy.
Also, the new Garen ult effect hurts my eyes :<.
i know everyone says their elo is elo hell, but everyone in the BR server seems to have the general idea that Gold is the "real elo hell", because everyone who does the whole elo boosting thing is satisfied with doing it until gold since that's high enough for them

Internally, this mode is called GAME_CFG_BLIND_DUPE. While there's no way to activate this mode with the live client, it's quite easy as a developer (or if you simply mod the live client).
The mode works mostly as you'd expect: you can pick champions multiple times, and they're all playable in game. There are a few cool quirks though, like picking 10 Dravens and catching axes :D

For some reason one of the champions I purchased isn't showing up in my champions list and is saying I didn't unlock him. How ever when I go to "refund" it shows that I purchased the champion and is "not refundable". Same thing is happening to some of my skins too. Is/Has anyone else having/had this problem before?

p sure that lissandra's ult and zhonyas dont completely negate the damage from death mark
like you can stop it being amplified but you still get the damage whilst untargetable
