J4 is for blow hards who like to EQ. Who likes to EQ? Just play naut if you are only gonna jungle because he is so much cooler he has an anchor for a weapon how cool is that.
The thing is if you get invaded and lose your blue as Nautilus, your early game is pretty much lost. So be sure to expect them from decent players.

Sadly, no. He's too mana costy to only have his meh-slow Q and speed-boost-up E. His W DOES provide resistances, but it heals HIM instead. If they changed it to heal whomever the shield was on, then he'd be overpowered as a support.
Anywho, If you want an AP mid but also support, try Zyra, Fiddle or Gragas, in that order.

Same. I have like a 60% win rate and like 9/4/5 KDA with her or something in ranked. I don't actually enjoy her that much but she fits me well.

Diana is forever my waifu and I don't understand why she isn't played more. An assassin with the sticking power and front line capabilities of a bruiser, what's not to like?
My only gripe is that her skillshot is tricky to land, but when I do land it, it's pain city

She used to be ban/pick in competitive play but she got nerfed pretty good.

Release Diana was one of the few truly scary release champs (recently). She was beta-level OP.
She had a few counters mid, but literally had no counters top. She was pretty much an AP Darius but couldn't even be kited after 6.

Recently I've been playing a lot of top and have thought about Diana there. I think with a Nashor's+Lich Bane and running TP she could be a crazy splitpusher. Thanks to her passive she's one of the few AP champs that can actually push down towers really quickly.

As a [sp]self-proclaimed pro[/sp] Diana player, Lich bane is overrated on her IMO. Granted she's a sustained fighter with her W and passive, I feel she's only a semi-sustained fighter. As in if she hits 2 of her passives (starting the fight with a proc and ending with a proc), and the enemy isn't dead, she'll die or it's not worth it to follow. I usually get DFG into Nashor's, then Rylai's and Abyssal Scepter. Lich Bane IS great statistically, but if you try to get the most out of the procs by using spells one at a time, you won't have the true DPS or burst to take someone down. If you go in, you generally Q --> R + W + E around the same time, Ring again right after and perhaps another Q. That only gets you about 2 (3 if you're good/lucky) lich bane procs. I'd rather take DFG or Deathcap's raw damage or Guardian Angel/zhonya's tankiness over that.
I don't think DFG or Rylai's are good on Diana at all, she starts her combo from a greater distance than the DFG active and the only single target damage spell she has is her ultimate, so the slow from Rylai's isn't that great on her.
I think you [i]always, always always[/i] have to get a Zhonya's on her, it's the only way her engage into a teamfight can be effective, since she hasn't got a reliable disengage. I rush either that or an Abyssal Scepter as my first item, depending on who I'm laning against.
After those two, I can go either of two ways: going pure damage with a Rabbadon's and Void Staff to be a pure assassin or, the one I actually prefer, splitpush/duelist Diana with the aforementioned Lich Bane+Nashor's combo.
last item is usually a GA (or maybe a Rabbadon's with the splitpush build so I can have more damage, I've even thought about getting a Twin Shadows for even more splitpush) and of course Sorcerer's Shoes with either alacrity or homeguard.

TBH Rylai's was mainly for tankiness. RoA works better if you rush it, or just get a Liandry's.
