the studio who did the road to cup anime was that studio who animated legend of korra, not sure if they helped on this one
they also did The Boondocks iirc

They've always tried for a champ a month but it usually ends up 11 champs a year because of delays.
Also, every champ has only had one skin lately. (usually a 1350 skin).
I'd honestly much rather see a new champ every OTHER month with a little something like this, and 2 skins. Jinx could've had Pool Party (which will probably come out soon anyways), Foam/Nerf, Hextech and such. Instead they release only Mafia which to me is just her in a skirt with a different minigun model.
But she's a Flapper Girl. Those ladies are awesome, party-following gals always looking for a thrill who ran into the Mafia. Sounds like Jinx.
