i got my PAX Sivir for 5 bucks from ebay, it's not really a rare skin, it's about the same price as a 975 RP skin

I don't know shit about making video games but wouldn't you need to make a model or an animation for each champ if they were going to make them split like that? That's a loooooooot of work for a single skill. It's a lot easier for people to hear, "We literally cannot do this because of the rating," rather than, "We don't wanna do all that work."

Look at the quality of the Jinx video and the TF Trailer this year, Jinxs took less time to make also.

Is it just me or do the 3d models look almost stop motion-y because of how much smoother the 2d animation is in comparison to the 3d animation, maybe I'm just looking at it wrong somehow
edit: Definitely very similar to the style of Gorillaz' music videos, except in reverse obviously (gorillaz use 2d characters on a 3d background from what I can remember)

Make a new layer at the top
Ctrl A select all then (I dont have photoshop to hand im just going from memory)
Edit>Brush 1px + center
Make sure you make image dimensions 1px smaller than intended
