Plus most of the things are outdated.
Or based on very small parts of the matchup, like "Caitlyn is bad against sivir because sivir can spellshield the traps".
I remember maining Jayce and the top counter to him according to champ select is Irelia, every time I picked Jayce first they would pick Irelia and play like shit just jumping on me because they think apparently countering someone means you can just q onto them and kill them, then i chunk them for half their health because Jayce's early game is godmode

Yeah but the bot lane counter picks are the only thing I disagree almost 100% of the time on that website, especially since its the only duo lane and it's based on countering as well as the synergy between the adc and the support, which is a lot of stuff when you break it down

I'm curious about his passive new % ratios. His only real wave clear is ult toggling and nevermove, but those are both sort of expensive...I doubt he'll be able to waltz into a lane and regen mad health and mana at once.
Honestly I think it's more of an early/mid buff than late, just because it gets increasingly harder to actually be the one who clears the waves.
If they want him to be more viable endgame make swain's passive grant a % of enemy's health in mana on death instead of a flat % of max mana. Lets swain shy away from AA and would be more useful in jungle team fights where his passive is basically useless with no minions.

On an unrelated note, Jinx seems to be good at literally everything
Good at pushing? Yeah, fishbones for clearing waves, minigun AS stacks for tower, passive for escaping
Good at chasing down enemies? Yeah, strong as shit long range slow (its narrow but the projectile speed is ridiculous) and the passive
Good at finishing people off? Yeah, global range execute
Good in teamfights? 3 snares are almost guaranteed to hit in a cluster of people, AoE crits thanks to rocket launcher as well as extra range to stay off range, strong CC for anyone who tries to get near, and a huge aoe execute
Not saying she's OP obviously but so far I have yet to see something she does not excel in

Oh no, she really is OP.
Being serious. But people misunderstand how she's OP.
The fact that she can actually be a Marksman bot, bruiser top, marksman mid, or even a fully-viable roaming damage-jungler is why she's OP. She's too viable in every situation. This is the same probelm that Kayle and Elise have. It's hard to nerf those two because they can literally be every role (besides Marksman, funny enough).
random tidbit but I think Jinx's voice actor is Sarah Williams. The voice actor randomly appeared on a Skullgirls stream I was watching and a friend said the voice actor did a character in Skullgirls.

I think it's pretty stupid that they said these skins are limited edition and now they come back all of a sudden because Riot smells money.
And no, I don't own a single skin on that list so I'm not crying about my exclusive skins
