I keep reaching ~90 LP requiring one more win to reach promos, then I lose atleast two games in a row, its been like this for some time now

What's the attack speed for, aren't most AA trades like 2 attacks? 8% extra doesn't seem like it would get you an extra one.

Attack speed isn't only about autohits per minute, it's also essential for the faster autohit animation as well as projectile speed to allow for easier trading during lasthitting and orbwalking.
You're doing something wrong if you don't have 1% crit mark on every page.

I originally didn't agree with this until I tried it on gp on a whim and immediately hit a crit Q at level 1. It's total havoc against your opponent.

faster attack speed doesnt really help with last hitting, it just gives you a faster projectile
i prefer the bigger time frame during which you can last hit that ad runes give you
