man, i've consistently been not having fun with this game. it's just not satisfying anymore, even if i win. when the all same champ game modes were being hosted that was legitimately the only fun i've had playing lol in a LONG time. i really, really hope riot makes it a permanent game mode later but that shit was fun.
also i dont want to quit playing cus i've spent hundreds upon hundreds of dollars on skins...
just take a break for a while

I guess it was too hard for people for people to actually use Sivir's Spell Shield properly so they removed the mana cost. Now instead of having to predict the enemy using skills you can just use it whenever with no penalty. I mean I can see reducing it a bit but removing it completely seems silly.
And removing the mana cost for On the Hunt as well? Seems like an odd choice. I'm gonna laugh if you still have to stop in place to cast it though.
I dont care I just hope they fixed the spell shield blocking multiple spells

The thing going on cooldown is your penalty.
I don't think that the changes they are making are actually fixing her problems tho.

A good Sivir only uses her E when a projectile is already heading for you.
And the spell now gives less mana then it did in the past, so its more of a nerf for anyone who played her more then a few times.

First level of it you get back 15 mana less, second level you get back 5 less, then every level after that you get more. So not earth shattering but yeah I guess it is technically a nerf early game to people that could actually use it well.
But yeah like you said, most of her real problem areas remain untouched. Aside from her ult cast time that is. At the end of the day she's still a 500 range adc without a blink or dash, so unless they make her op as fuck most people aren't gonna touch her.
just go full splitpush mode
Banner of command/attack speed items and ult to make u and creeps op and win game easy
make sure to take TP

When they nerf skills, you always need to keep in mind in what order you put points in your skills.
That second point in E is only gone come at level 14, and by then most mana issues will be gone anyway.

League of legends instalations tend to grow a lot (mine is 10.5gb :/ )
But i think a fresh install would only be like 3-4gb
