so after getting a quadrakill as adc TF, I use ult to get to the last guy and just before I kill him with like 70% health remaining, lee jumps in and kills him like hurr durr thats my kill

playing vlad, going super carry big plays man mode but lose. Vayne. And trynda. And fiddle. Holy shit they just didn't want to god damm die
vlad can't really carry very well, the 12% increased damage on his ult is great for utility in teamfights but he can't fight more than one person at a time solo
yeah he's great as a second carry and can be really useful to the team, but doesnt have a lot of carrying potential himself

Championship skins are given away during the world championship, fittingly enough.
Riot/Arcade/PAX skins are given away during PAX.
wish the riot graves and full metal rammus codes still worked
