I need tips on how to carry games. I am silver III and like to think I'm decent at the game, but I think the reason I'm losing a lot of my games now is because I've been failing to carry my team. I got placed in silver II (8/2 in placements) by playing most games as Vayne, but dropped thanks to a few loss streaks. Initially, I blamed the games on my teams, since they had been losing their lanes whilst I was still doing okay in mine.
I eventually realized, when I started playing Aatrox, that I was just doing a bad job at carrying my team. Typically, most of my aatrox games, consist of me stomping my lane, getting ahead in farm/kills and destroying the first turret of the game. And then, I just don't know what to do. Splitpushing? Sure, I can 1v1 anyone in their team, but I am always afraid that my team won't react and won't push even when they send more than one person to deal with me.
Help me, facepunch, what should I do?

the trick is to yell at your team and ping a lot to make sure they push while you do
