you buy like frozen fist and statikk shiv with tier 2 boots so you can run around being really fucking annoying while also pushing like a god
Some skills scale with ability power
some skills and your autoattacks scale with attack damage
Ability Power and Attack damage. All auto-attacks scale off Attack Damage, higher AD means you hit harder and this is useful for last-hitting and on Auto-attack champions like Ranged Carries or Melee carries. Ability Power enhances magic abilities and the majority of spells have AP scaling, more AP = more damage when the ability is cast.

the jungle is not very relevant except for ganking and mid game farming
anyone can teleport to any building if they just spend a little bit of gold
