True damage cannot be reduced and can only be stopped with shields or by buying more hp
Any situation where true damage is able to be increased or decreased is typically a bug (except for darius and ahri's pbe E)

i just meant ahri's pbe e is the only thing that can increase true damage and it only works with her q, obviously true damage abilities that scale with ap/ad can be increased by having more ap/ad and i listed just ahri and darius cause they do that without buying more ap/ad or levelling the ability up etc
otherwise all damage reduction and increases shouldn't effect true damage at all and it always deals the damage it says it will deal
Edit: apparently abilities like talons e, swains e, and poppys ult can increase the amount of true damage dealt which is kinda retarded considering all damage reduction like exhaust and alistar ult don't decrease that damage
They should make a Yellow Jacket Thresh.

The entire point of Cho Gath is that he can kill everyone and have a lot of HP without having to stack HP items.
Getting only HP on him seems like a terrible mistake.
You end up having about 3k hp anyway if you're fully stacked, so HP isn't an issue. The real issue is whether you can instagib their ADC and then move on to everyone other champion on the enemy team. And to do that, you need AP. A lot.
Doesn't mean you should just stack AP though. Getting some MR and armour is a lot cheaper and a whole lot better on Cho, thanks to his large base HP.

as long as you buy resistances along with it it's far from a bad thing
