so i play 3 matches fine, win all of them, enter promo series and decide to keep going for gold
as soon as the game starts, i start lagging like fucking hell - the weird kind of lag where your ping stays fine but every few seconds there's a delay on everything, skills, attacks, minion movement, champions start sliding through walls
seriously what the fuck riot. even though i got fed it was so bad at the end, i couldnt do shit in teamfights. i ended up getting carried by some tryndamere that never left lane, just kept pushing straight to their base. he was so fed he 4v1'd them at nexus

Why would you build damage on Garen? His ult has no scalings whatsoever and his resists stack like crazy thanks to his W.

armor pen on garen is sick, black cleaver+ghostblade is awesome for fights. sometimes i even pick up an infinity edge for the judgement crits

sometimes I go brutalizer against tanky shit like shen
Going jungler in soloQ is such a risky bet.
Having to rely on randoms to carry is so 50/50.

his scalings on q and e are insane
im not talking full ad but brutalizer > last whisper when youre snowballing is crazy
and seeing how your only way to peel for your people is to do a lot of damage (and silencing) a BC is pretty damn useful (it raises your ad's dmg too)

8/8? if you go flat AD reds, 2 AD reds and 7 armor pen reds, you end up with 9/9 ad/arm pen
rocked a malphite top with it. if you rush brutalizer, it's awesome against tanky tops like shen/malphite
Getting a plat border requires too much effort and causes too much frustration - fuck it, its not worth it.

One thing is me being shit and feed, then I would gladly accept it and try to get better. A whole other thing is when I stomp my lane [I]AND[/I] gank lanes that need help but still lose because one or two people are complete retards.
I even lost a 4v5 since our Cait would go in melee range to attack their Nasus and our jungler would [I]always[/I] engage when ever he saw [I]any[/I] enemy.

Garen used to be my main go to top until GP, I liked going 21/9 and build a lot of armor pen and damage with 1-2 tanky items. Just abused Garen's burst with innate tankiness and have tons of damage to combo anyone is nice.

This rework is so boring, e is a plain slow now and the attack speed from q is tragically unreliable and doesnt make much sense
