I played with a guy who had the name "Best Jinx" last game btw. began playing Akali again, I actually think once she hits lvl 6, she can duel an Ahri. Her spellvamp is so much fun with gunblade.
The people I hate most in league are those who spam 'easy' after they win a 40+ minute 4v5.

what you say is true but when you consider what katsuie said about lee's early game being op, flat ad is most likely the best option

Lee has the highest potential to dish out a ton of damage early game. It's best to increase that with flat AD.

you should buy armor pen :O

Flat AD = better earlygame which is what you GET on early game dominant champs
Garen = tanky as fuck and dont need to build any AD means you get armor pen
its not hard to comprehend, and you'd know if you were decent at Lee that his early game is fucking insane with flat damage like dorans start

i think that number would be a lot lower if you could drop from gold V back in to silver. i never really understood why they did this, what was wrong with having the "highest elo achieved" next to your current elo?
