How is Annie support good? I don't really play rankeds and I'm only an average player so as an average player with an average knowledge of the game I don't understand how Annie has a good supporting kit.

Funny to see not a single person using flash or ignite. I always found the level-limited summoner spells retarded, especially since it gives you smite BEFORE ignite (despite the fact no one ever plays jungler at this level)
A game without flash/ignite is a better game.
Remember thinking that because I took smite on Nunu at some low level that I could instagib people with smite and his bite.

I assume that's just to keep people playing for longer
so 9 AD reds gives 8.5 attack damage .. does that round up to 8 or 9 in-game?
8 AD reds gives 7.6, which i'd assume rounds up to 8.
