Unless my jungler feeds them (such as Elise telling me to dive the enemy zed, so she gives him doublebuff and letting him snowball), I literally never lose when fighting a Zed, Lee or Kha'Zix mid. I don't understand why people play them. I get Zed and Kha can roam, but I almost always match their farm or outfarm them, and then just follow when they roam and kill them + who is ganking with them (with my team).
so is it better to start doran's blade over machete5? more specifically on junglers like lee sin or elise

I believe on the junglers that aa alot. I know it works wonders on Olaf's start with lifesteal quints.

all dorans blade junglers i see play super aggressive and do early ganks, i suppose thats the point of it
usually when i see dorans junglers they try to kill the other jungler

It depends on the jungler, you need some kind of sustain/shield/pet else you are gone get too low.
The whole point of the dorans blade start is that you have an advantage during an invade or counter-gank(level 3 toplane), so it helps if you don't end your initial 2 buffs with no HP.
