i go for best quints, best runes, best marks and scaling best/lvl glyphs and for my masteries i pick 69/420/0

Ad reds, armor yellows, mr/level blues, ad quints are what I run. Focus on ad. Probably run 9/21/0 speccing into armor pen. That would be a sufficient answer.

what if it is against a full ad team and he was jungling? I would take cdr blues and movement quints and that would be the best build, the possibilities are endless given the description of "jax, any role, any composition, any goal, any laning plan"

I'll get top 10% next season. Maybe. I'm going into engineering = no free time to actually practice league and the nature of my summer job means I won't get to play at all then. I honestly wonder how long league will last. Season 5? 6? League of legends 2? It's the biggest game in the world, maybe it'll last forever as long as they can keep the growing number of champs they'll have balanced. Did riot ever talk about what their plans would be for the extended future regarding the frequency of champion release?

Movement speed seems rather pointless now. I used to run movement speed quints on Leona in season 2, but with the Base movement speed buff it's not really that good anymore imo.
HP Quints are very strong on supports like Taric and Leona, combine that with a Dorans shield start (780 HP lv1 Taric very OP) and just walk up to the enemy carry and start hitting him.

I don't want to be a killjoy but, wouldn't it be better to pick one you'll actually use?
Also I'm pretty sure a lot of people will pick it up too, so it would get old pretty fast.
Only skin I'll be getting is Bewitched Nidalee, mainly because nid has no other good skins. Kitty Kat Katarina is an OK skin, but it has lost its charm now that everyone can use it.

While technically the base movement speed buff made everybody closer to one another by a slight margin, they also boosted the effect of MS quints into granting a higher movement speed because the % is based off of your base movement speed. So they give you more MS than they used to.
Basically they'll make you move just as much faster than the enemy as they used to.

You only get RP back if you bought Limited Edition skins (Zombie Ryze, Pumpkinhead Fiddlesticks, ...), 2012 Harrowing Skins were legacy skins.
