weird, i thought the rockets seemed fast enough that you'd easily hit them all during a teamfight
i never really found many opportunities to use the rockets, most of the time the turret or the stuns from the grenade were much more worthwhile

well i just figured itd be like viktor in a sense (even though he isnt 100% like that)
as in, 1 skill for utility (grenade), 1 for damage (rockets) and turret for... defense? but obviously they're not that black and white
on an unrelated note the sivir "rework" doesnt seem too special but the W change does remind me more of the old toggle ability

iirc they don't release too many reworks at the same time if they have a lot lined up because it can cause balance issues
