I just had a game where I pinged bot try bush and said that Fiddle had ult, and my duo bot tried chasing their Nami, you can guess what happened.
It also seems like the enemy team Fiddle always gets fed but when I have one he dies to golems.

A passive like "+armor/MR whenever heimer is in range of his turrets" would be more fitting than the plain hp5 passive which is pretty lackluster and outdated if you compare it to other champion passives.

You cant because they have to be level 10 or above I think and by then they should have a champ and if they have nobody it just wont let you

I bought several Mystery Gifts and only have the Mystery Gifting icon, so I guess you need to buy content for yourself in order to unlock that other icon.
Just get one of the cheap halloween costumes like pumpkinhead fiddle or totally not blitzcrank.
