yeah i was wondering if it was all about the fact that people are just playing her more (her q has always been strong as shit and her shield is a good skill for any champ to have) or if she really is much better than before, due to changes like the removal of the cast time on her ult and zero mana cost on her shield, which ive seen are the most noticeable things theyve changed

theres really nothing special about it, if you know how to play annie mid you'll play her well as a support
shes literally nothing but a stun + ward bot, get move fast boots and sightstone and you're done

i remember when i went jayce top against a riven that had the championship skin
she was like really fucking good, and dove me at level 1 when i had literally 100hp or less, but failed and gave FB
i just snowballed from there and got more kills and stuff and ended up like 5/1 in no time, from killing mid and the jungler, because riven actually played safe and only died when i really went for it
i felt bad when everyone was blaming her and saying she was eloboosted etc etc because she was actually good and got screwed over by one or two mistakes

In the lobby they lolking'd me and laughed that I was gold and sat there bashing me. So instead of triyng to win the game, they literally tried to bait me and get me to die as many times as possible, then kept saying 'such goldness lol'.

played Swain for the first time in months and went 9/1/6, I should pick him up again
I still have no idea what the best way to build him is though. seems like there are about 10 items that would work really well on him

MY TIME TO SHINE
ok so there are a few ways to play swain but most of them suck
best way to do it is to go with like a weird sustain siege build, basically you have a questionable early game (you can either destroy people or get totally wrecked) but man your mid-late game is great (LATE LATE game you fall off but until then it's great and usually you win before that) you basically become a walking wall of birds
start flask and get a catalyst asap and then an roa (if you can make the roa before like 13-15 minutes (13 is when i suually get one) then do it otherwise go boots then finish roa) until you finish roa you're kind of weak but you do usually have more health than most mids afteryou finish catalyst so that's ok
from there's it's kind of do whatever you want. ideally you'd go with a rabadon next but if you're really getting shit on get a spirit visage first (if you're laning against AD, finish the armband thingy from zhonya's at some point) and from there it's just whatever. rylai's is great, liandry's is good but it's more of a luxury item, i did the math and it really doesn't do enough damage to justify rushing it, void staff and abyssal are both good (only get one of the two though), definitely get a spirit visage if you didn't get one earlier, and i consider zhonya's more of a situational item than a 100% buy, if they've got insane burst then get one but otherwise you can pretty much keep yourself alive in team fights.
Most games I usually end up with RoA, Boots (I actually really like Merc treads on Swain, much more than sorc boots. you have to get close into the action a lot so it's good to have some tenacity), rabadon, rylai, spirit visage, zhonya/void staff/abyssal/warmogs/spirit stone item (new wota might be good but current wota's not that great)
I'm not positive but I believe your ult can proc Furor enchant because it's not technically an AoE so you'll basically be super fast constantly. if i'm wrong go for either homeguard or the one that gives +15 extra MS, you're very slow
skill E then Q, get a point in W at either 4 or 8 and level it last. (if you're against someone super mobile or getting ganked a lot you may want to level W and Q together, a low CD on W is good to have)

I duo'd for 2 games with my d3 friend. The first game my team was nice, let me jungle and I carried them, lo and behold doing amazingly as Sej jungle. The 2nd game they were just nasty so I did poorly. Go figure.
yeah, my build was rod of ages -> upgrade boots to sorc shoes -> zhonya's -> liandry's -> the game ended, but I was planning on buying rabadon's and void staff next. I see what you mean about liandry's, it wasn't quite as useful as I was expecting
I was also thinking of going for archangel's staff or athene's but I didn't actually have nearly as many mana problems as I was expecting, even in teamfights. also I maxed W second and that seemed to work really well, the reduced cooldown was pretty great
Wouldn't unholy grail be amazing for maximum sustain.
When the team builder thing comes I hope it comes with a filter or something against how many times a person has been banned and the reasons. I would just filter out the vulgar abuse people because i'm pretty sure those kind of people starting fights in team make us lose the game.
