Changing your mistakes doesn't necessarily mean changing your entire attitude. You can still be a cunt about stuff from Bronze V to Challenger, it's just a lot less likely.

pretty sure the only reason people say that is because that is the division where everyone gets LP clamped so losing drags you down a lot more and people get more frustrated over losing which is really riot's fault for their unclear laddering system

Nerf != change. The early game movespeed generally was not needed, and since most people max Q first or second anyways, it really helped out lategame. The extra 5% makes a huge difference considering many volis take siftness or mobil5 boots.
