I jumped up to over 1800 ping yesterday.

it's called memory but anything else would defeat the point of having wards and people would probably draw fake penises in suspected wards
what would be better would be a "ward" ping which you can only use like 3 times before it gives the too many ping message
its about map awareness. if you didnt see the enemy jungler entering a bush while you had vision of him, its your fault, and the same should go for wards
so what's the idea with support annie? you charge your Q with cs for stuns, or what?
why do people ask about support annie so much, she's the simplest thing ever
just harass the enemies with Q and W when it's not risky and use your shield whenever its available because it costs like 20 mana, that should be enough to charge up your stun fairly often

I'm only asking because it seems like the ones i play with have their stun up every 5 seconds or something and i'm not sure how you'd do that with just a shield and if you poke with Q you'd run out of mana real quick

yeah that 0.2 ap ratio nerf on the least significant skill really made him trash
