It's a bug. It's supposed to be a mastery and an item passive. The PBE is so buggy at the moment though.

Dang this weeks free heroes seem like they are going to be annoying to play against but at least I'll have a chance to finally play blitz. Also does anyone have a link to a good jungle guide? Whenever I get stuck with jungle I do really shit since I'm not really sure what order I'm supposed to be clearing the camps and I always end up with low health.
Try Shard on Heimer instead of Rylai's. Useful in more situations, dropping it on a turret nest/ally during an engage or yourself if you get jumped. The new rockets are sort of unreliable at close range and are the only thing that would proc Rylai's. You've already got Hourglass, which is more useful for surviving an engage than the 500 health would be. GP5 is nice, but the extra mana regen for your allies is awesome. Compliments his passive really well.
Support Heimer with Shard + Banner rush is some serious shit.
wouldnt support heimer be one of those supports that push the lane no matter what? are you supposed to have turrets up at all times or what?
