This. Any Jungling tips? Specifically for Vi? Also, what other champs are recommended for jungling? I have amumu, but I've never really played him. I've thought about Lee Sin and Noc... thoughts? Edit: I currently go Blue, Wolves, Wraiths, Golem, Red... but after I do my first clear, what's next? A gank? Then what's next? I get that first clear pretty quickly, and with maybe 2-3 pots left. But after that, it's kind of hit and miss on clearing and keeping a steady flow through the jungle/ganks.
Go straight to your next buff. You don't want anyone stealing it.
Go straight to your next buff. You don't want anyone stealing it.
Blue's typically not up yet.
Holy mother fucking asshole. stomping a kassadin mid lane as viktor, then I get disconnectred from the server and can't rejoin the game. The client is so fucking bad, it doesn't work like half the fucking time and I have to retry several fucking times.
Blue's typically not up yet.
he meant during your first clear
he meant during your first clear
Ahhhh... Ok... then that totally mixes it up... would you go golem, wraiths, wolves @ that point? Edit: I know it's all about timing... and I'm just trying to get better at it, with as much tips as I can get!
I've tried to reconnect so many times and restarted my computer its just not fucking working, just a black screen.

Edit: I know it's all about timing... and I'm just trying to get better at it, with as much tips as I can get!
most people go red and blue (in whatever order is better for your champ) then gank the lane closest to the buff they did last. a lot of junglers also like to warn whoever is in that lane of their route at the start of the game, just so they get ready and dont try a crazy 1v1 with the enemy for no reason. if you cant gank that lane you usually go mid. if the lane on the opposite side of the map is actually "gankable" then you should consider doing one or two of the smaller camps on the way there. try not to waste too much time standing around waiting for an opportunity. also, unless your champ is a weak counter jungler, you should also try that whenever you cant gank/in-between ganks.
thank god, its happening to everyone on OCE in a ranked game right now.

arent there still plenty of junglers who just cant do it without blue though?
arent there still plenty of junglers who just cant do it without blue though?
yes nautilus, sejuani, etc
Was an awesome game.
I like how they eventually started catching on
arent there still plenty of junglers who just cant do it without blue though?
Almost every single jungler can do Red->Blue without running out mana. (Even on naut and sejuani, your mana pool should be able to sustain the 3-4 spells you need to clear both camps) You should start the opposite of whatever lane you are gone gank first (gank top, start bottom buff). Always take your first 2 buffs ASAP, especially when playing against an aggressive enemy jungler. You ALWAYS want to do a level 3 gank. (You have a level advantage, most laners only have 2/3 spells often lacking an escape, etc etc) In a lot of games that first gank is gone be toplane, since they will rarely have wards, and the lane is easy to gank compared to mid. You can consider waiting in a bush for the enemy jungler if you think you can beat them in a 2vs2. After a ganking top, you can directly go mid, or clear all your small camps to hit level 4.
I usually like to camp mid and make it the worst possible laning experience for the enemy mid laner. Well, I mostly find it easier to gank and a fed mid can roam really well which in turn can get other lanes rolling faster.
The population on OCE: I've played 5 premade matches against the same 5 man premade in a row.
I'm back to show my on-going progress in league. I've been trying really hard to improve my game as a mid/supp, going as far as to recording replays and looking over them, vsing golds/plats mid, and got myself a personal teacher who was willing to teach me when he has nothing to really do (His IGN is adc, you can go ahead and look him up, really nice guy.) , talking to friends for personal help, and have been improving map awareness greatly. This all pays off in a game when I go up against a Plat II Gragas mid. I picked Ryze mainly for 2 reasons: I can beat him if I outplay him and I'm most comfortable with Ryze. So I head into lane. I realized my mistake already trying to go faerie charm+pots as I did not have the MS to dodge his barrels. I die at lvl 3, being tower dived by him, and when arriving back to lane, dying again to a gank and losing tower. He was lvl 8 by now and I was only 5. Instead of giving up, I made plans to outplay this guy. I buy 3 wards, I ward the rivers and the blue. I see Gragas is now lvl 9, alone, trying to take our blue. I ping our bot lane to harass the Gragas. Gragas takes a lot of damage from the ADC, but our ADC backs from taking too much damage. Gragas is 1/2 hp. Perfect. I steal his blue, level to 7, flash in, RWQEQ him, and ignite. I am now 1/2/0. I farm some more and I am only a level behind him as he is still 9. I ward rivers again. A team fight engages at our tri-bush. He gets a kill, and tries to run away with low-hp, thinking he was scot-free. I run into the river from mid and easily RQWE him. At this point, their whole team is now trying to focus me to shut me out of late game. I don't die a single time despite their hard efforts, and their lanes were left unattended for a long period of time because they spent too much time trying to catch me out. They surrendered at around 25-ish minutes. The Gragas found out I was only lvl 24 after the game and simply said 'it's your lucky ass day' and left. I only have room for improvement and I'm hoping to stomp my provisionals in S4. The struggle to 30 is strong.
so now I am down to 8lp with this 6th loss in a row, now lost 6 LP for it. I wonder if this means I'll get atleast 12 for my next win. Or I'll just end up sticking with plat 1. I guess that is still quite an achievement.
keep up the grind and keep trying, don't get mad at the game and you'll do so much better. ignore everyone elses mistakes and watch ur own and ull start climbing again
are those lucian changes straight up buffs or just adjustments?
they said they'll be changing stuff to try shit out for a while and see what works i really just want them to buff the level 1 damage of his ult tho [editline]7th November 2013[/editline]
Lucian's getting buffed? He's beast enough as it is
Lucian has good firepower but the way his kit works makes him a really double-or-nothing type champ since you can literally just throw your entire kit worth of spells at thin air, including your ult, if the enemy does as little as go behind you. It's the kind of stuff that's alright with an AP carry, but for an AD carry (a role supported by a category of champion that is almost entirely based on Crowd Control) it's a death sentence. In my opinion, the first half-second of the culling should allow the player to redirect the line of fire by moving the mouse, in case it's slightly off. That and the fact you can actually just cancel the whole thing with any CC that isn't a silence is fucking bullshit, in my opinion.
I just had a Sivir on the opposite team get incredibly mad at me and my friend when we were duo bot. This is what he had when she added him. I didnt screencap mine because I accidently closed the chatbox. She said something like: "You know the league account connected to your email?" I was so confused because, i'm on the damn league account "Its gone in 24 hours if you don't reply to my email and suck my dick" The sivir doe
Getting back into LoL after a one year break, any important changes I should know about right now?
Getting back into LoL after a one year break, any important changes I should know about right now?
A good number of items and champs have been changed/added, and many more will be changed at the end of season 3. I'm not.. well informed? enough to explain all the changes though.
Getting back into LoL after a one year break, any important changes I should know about right now?
a list of op champs atm: vayne, sivir, jinx lee sin, vi, elise (especially), j4, shyvana, evelynn mid is having an identity crisis, it was ahri fizz zed for a while but all got some form of nerf (well ahri's will make her stronger if you're more skilled) annie support is a thing renekton being picked in tournaments [editline]7th November 2013[/editline] I just had a game where I went 7/0 as j4 and lost because our top lane lost to wukong and wukong just killed our mid and ad in teamfights because for some fucking reason gragas is on the front line and so was corki [editline]7th November 2013[/editline] never build anything but full tank or full damage on j4
yes nautilus, sejuani, etc
They can both do it fine though? I don't know if it is because of my runes and mastery pages but I never have troubles going from Red to Blue with any jungler.
Speaking of Lucian, would Nunu be a good support for him ? Lucian benefits from pretty much every part of his kit, especially the blood boil which directly improves his ult.
