Here is the thing though.
If the game believes you belong in another league, it will force-feed you LP so you can get promoted faster, while if it believes you are in the right league it will give you moderate to ridiculously low amounts of LP per match.
If you're getting a dozen LP per match and you're in bronze III or II then chances are you do belong in Bronze I at best.
And it's not that hard to win in ranked, if you're not a shithead and learn to play all roles/pick your champion situationally then you can get out of bronze easily.
Personally I only played a few games in Ranked (about 30 or 40) and quickly lost interest in it because it's pretty much exactly like draft pick except people yell at each other more than usual.
So basically in the end you can gain 1 lp per win or none at all in Bronze 5?

If you are really, REALLY fucking bad, yes, your wins and losses will rarely ever fetch you more than 5 or 10LP in bronze V. But you'd have to be insanely shitty to reach that. If you are even remotely good at the game you'll just succeed your placement matches and get in Silver immediately (a 7/3 ratio is enough to get in Silver IV and I'm pretty sure landing a 10 win streak on your placement matches can propel you directly to gold)
It's almost the end of season 3, I suggest you stop even touching ranked and play a lot more normal games so you understand how absolutely everything in the game works including optimal choices of champions depending on your and the enemy's team composition. I know for a fact there is a ton of people who rarely even bother to change their pick and their stuff depending on their team and the enemy team, and who instead just follow a guide blindly.
Best example is when both the top laner and support pick rather squishy, damage oriented champions and the jungler doesn't go for a full-blown tank to compensate, or when everyone picks AD/AP champions. I've seen enough games be trashed by a team composed entirely of glass cannons to know it's a terrible idea to do that.

Weeeeeeell, not saying I'm a pro but, I was "stuck" in Brozen II for a good while, because I never Ever won a single match since I finished my 10 qualifiers (last 4 of them were loses too.). Then I won two matches and got like, 20-30(I can't remember) lp from each.
I'm still in Bronze II, but that's because I can't realy bring myself to play ranked more that once every week or two.

If you still want to keep playing this game and improve your skill, I'd suggest doing some learning outside the game. From your posts it seems you unfortunately can't actually learn how to correct the mistakes you made in the following matches because you lack game knowledge. Your support post suggests for example that you aren't aware of basic lane mechanics like trading and zoning yet.
I don't know how much time you're investing in the game and if you actually want to get better, but there's some quite in depth stuff available, quick youtube search gave me [url=http://www.youtube.com/user/unswlolsoc]this guy[/url] for example. I haven't watched, there might be better stuff, just to let you know there's more out there than "git gud"
