Ok so I'm Gold 4 and one of my friends is saying I need to be Gold 3 to get Victorious Elise. How wrong is he?

so last game i did blind pick with two level 30s im level 21 i get matched against a gold I leblanc as 3rd game riven and get my ass whooped what does the lb do? he calls me a stupid player.

I've been playing this game for like two years and I still enjoy it

I just had to play Cancer at top lane vs Trynd because I knew every god damn trynd will just split push for days. Ended up getting fed off him and I just lay down some shrooms from 3rd turret all the way to 1st turret, then I helped my team push and Trynd had to deal with his minion wave dying everytime a new one comes

Since two maybe three days I get some weird random fps drops, when normally it's all smooth, this client is some cancer.
