For your other propositions I think renekton is a much more situational pick and definitely one of those win lane/lose game type champions while wukong seems to fit on a lot more games.

wukong's kit is literally built around having fun lol
All you do is dash to people and press Q, that's literally all there is to him.
Sometimes you use decoy but playing against a half-decent opponent this ability is just a waste of a skill slot.
His skillset is just incredibly unappealing to me
you forgot his ult which is the most fun thing about him
caitlyn is the most boring marksman tho
and there are champs that are way more boring than wukong and yorick top

Was queuing normals with my friends and I had to play mid against the number 17th challenger player in NA. It was a crazy and long game.
