I play Soraka when I have to support and I don't feel like making an active effort
i somehow always end up feeding in normals against a team that has soraka. i just underestimate her so much and act dumb and it gets me killed really easily. There was one game where the Soraka was full on ap lane bully and holy shit let me tell you it did not matter that she was pushing the wave and all she was MURDERING US bot lane.

Soraka in a nutshell. She's a passive champion who promotes a passive laning phase and has limited involvement in teamfights. She's not interesting to play as, with, or against!

I don't know, I've done better with Blue Ezrael then standard ADC Ezrael. Every single "Blue" Ezrael game I've had I've done outrageously good, and I've definitely played at least 10 times these past few days.

not if you're overwhelmingly being rolled over, it's worse when the enemy team is just toying with you to top it all off, no towers inhib down and they're sitting right outside our shop, minions are at the middle of the map, and they're just melting us out of the gate, it's obscene in those situations

This is something I'd call tryhard comments.
I want Riot to release another champion and have a totally hype-inducing theme for them like Vi. That was amazing, logging in for the first time and hearing that song.
Blue Ezreal is really good because he can essentially peel for himself. If the enemies have lots of dive/anti carries or your team has a lot of assassins blue ezreal is a really good choice.
His damage is also fine.

Maybe they could add a new summoner spell called 'Pursue' or something, where after you activate it, you have a little window of time where you can't be further than x distance away from the champ you use it on.
So if they flashed away, you'd move to stay close to them, etc.
Then again that'd probably be as op as flash.
maybe just a summoner spell that blocks the target from using theirs for a few seconds?

About soraka, i pulled off Ryze+Soraka (both AP) and Gangplank+Soraka (both AP too, yet AP gang).
It worked out super-great. I was useful in fights with my 40% cdr (spamming w,e when my team needs, q makes shitton of dmg and ult is just instant win in teamfights). And you need to play activley, people WILL target you and you need to know how to keep AP carry alive in 1v2's (squishysquishy Soraka).
Overall she is really fun with fun AP builds on duoQ's.
Oh, and on ARAM, Soraka+Lulu is a great combo too. Lulu domates team and you give her shitton of mana.
