Most of the korean junglers, seem to run Magic-Pen, Armor-Pen, Cooldown, Armor.
The Armor-pen works on the spiders, so it benefits her early game quite a lot.

ye the as steroid is good but to kill jungle creeps faster is a retarded reason to take it and in a gank you're not going to get many spiderling autos off unless you land your stun
Hybrid pen is better for pretty much most characters that do some form of magic damage
or on elise just full mpen is a million times better because you have 2 %hp abilities one of which is on a low cooldown
Her spiderlings make up a surprising amount of her damage, though, especially if you're not building glass canon or something.
Hybrid Pen is just so efficient for any mage tho
