Targon is the item when you killa unit which heals your lane partner and gives them the same amount of gold as you + 10. When they fall below a threshold, you instantly kill them when you hit them.

So thresh can pick up any soul as long as another thresh on his team spawned it, 5 threshs in one lane gives almost 100% chance for a minion to drop a soul, if you have more than 255 souls you get a stack of soul devourer which is equivalent to 255 souls and your souls reset to 0

it says projectiles, not skillshots. i assume it means auto attacks and targeted projectiles like pantheon's q too

Skillshots are projectiles too, at least most of them (probably not stuff like Xerath beams)
Shit like melee attacks or Soraka's Infuse or Ryze's prison that don't have projectile effects probably won't get blocked

this applies to both abilities and auto attacks

I think an easier distinction would be if the thing was single target or AoE.
New champ looks fun, but I think he'll be pretty damn hard to play effectively.

Except there's many AoE projectiles. To name just a couple of champs who have those: Ahri, Anivia, Cait, Elise, Graves, Miss Fortune, Nami, etc.
"Projectile" should be simple enough. If the game spawns a thing that travels, it's blockable.
