Why not, slow speed and high width don't turn it into something else. Imagine turning Ezrael's ult into Nami's: make it slower, wider, tweak on-hit effects, add water effects. if the whole enemy team is dumb enough to use all their shit on the wall which only lasts a few seconds sure
you obviously step back when it expires, but for the duration of the wall you have a pretty safe siege going on

you know all the silvers who get mad and shit because they think they should be gold? it's like that but with plat and diamond
I always thought plat would be the least toxic for following reasons:
Be bronze: everything is toxic, "i dont belong here", "noob team not my fault"
Be silver: "i deserve gold"
Be gold: "idc about this game anymore, i got my season rewards"
Be diamond: "highest ladder ranking, cant get higher anyway since challenger system is retarded, idc YOLO"
I couldnt really tie anything to plat other than people genuinely trying their best to reach diamond

Kind of reminds me of a dota champion in the way he plays, with a lot of very specific spells rather than a more generic kit that fits all occasions.
